OVERVIEW

Through this turn-key service our clients receive the benefit of project execution from concept through design and construction. We find many of our customers do not have the time or experience to navigate a project through complex design phases. S&G manages the architects, engineers, and other professionals on behalf of our client to save them time, money, and deliver exceptional results.

Process

Collaboration, customization, and flexibility are key components of our Design-Build process. Our facility end users often have complex processes where bottlenecks can occur throughout design navigation, cost-estimating, and project execution. S&G serves as a single point of contact that assembles and leads the professional team of architects, MEP and civil engineers to seamlessly work through the stages of bringing complex projects to fruition. Our years of experience ensure that the customer understands cost options and tradeoffs allowing for comprehensive decision-making to be had throughout the process resulting in speedier timelines and higher customer satisfaction.
