Job Safety
A primary goal of Stanker & Galetto is to conduct all operations as safely and efficiently as possible. To meet this goal, we are assigning the responsibility, authority and accountability for safety to the management and other personnel within their areas of operations. Everyone associated with our projects has the responsibility of performing their work in a safe and efficient manner and to report unsafe conditions and acts to their supervisor for correction.
Our mission in the area of safety is as follows:
- Develop, monitor, and enforce safety policy while requiring workers to adhere to these policies as a condition of employment or involvement on a project.
- Provide the safest possible on site environment, free from recognized hazards, in order to prevent accidents.
- Provide training to workers in sound safety practices.
- Provide information to those involved in our projects regarding common safety issues and safe practices in performing work.
