OVERVIEW

S&G provides Construction Management Services for private and public entities where we retain a reputation of quality and performance. All projects receive the benefit of S&G’s competitive estimating for all building trades, ensuring that our clients receive the best price among qualified subcontractors. We are led by experienced field practitioners experienced at ensuring an orderly, well-managed jobsite, and project managers that go above and beyond to execute on the various needs of any given customer.

Process

S&G works with a competitive pool of qualified subcontractors. Once
architectural and site plans are developed, we bid the plans with our
estimating department to collect competitive pricing for the execution of a project. With over 80 years in the South Jersey market, our job is to staff your project by selecting the subcontractors from their bids who can best execute the work. We work directly with Owners to focus on performance and timelines, and also ensuring the best market pricing for the work. Then the leadership of our skilled project managers in executing all building trades provides an essential value to our customers. We take enormous pride in our project execution and meeting the customers’ needs for the best facility function and price.
