Italian Meat Slicing Operating Plant
Maestri D’Italia is a producer of packaged Italian meat products sold to consumers through various wholesale and retail arrangements. Products include many specialty Italian meats like salami, prosciutto, capicola, mortadella, and others in different preparations. This is Maestri’s second location in the U.S., with the first plant operating in Lakewood, New Jersey.
Facility Highlights:
Maestri’s production area consists of multiple meat slicing lines in a refrigerated clean room environment featuring IMP walkable ceilings for maintenance. The production area is serviced by several tempering freezers to ensure slicing precision. The facility also features office and employee services, as well as accommodations for both raw goods intake and finished goods distribution.
