The incubator facility includes a shared-use processing facility, a marketing and technology services area, and an administrative support area.
Special Characteristics and Challenges
The facility was built to USDA standards of fit and finish and comprises several processing areas: cold process area, hot process area, dry process area, as well as dry and refrigerated/frozen storage areas and other laboratories and research sections.
