Description:
Two-story corporate office building
Johnston Enterprises came to Stanker & Galetto to build their corporate offices in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. Johnston needed a 15,600 sq.ft. two-story office facility to house all of their divisions under one roof.
As this was a typical design build project, Stanker & Galetto provided the expertise and vision necessary to guide the customer from a broad level of requirements, through planning and design to the ultimate delivery of a top-notch facility that will serve Johnson Enterprises as their company continues to expand.
Special Characteristics and Challenges
The exterior of the builidng is a mix of EIFS and brick and contains a Kawneer glass curtain wall and spandrel metal system that makes the building a completely modern vision that is pleasing to the eye. The building includes a second floor mezzanine with an open view of the first floor. A central stair serves as an architectural focal point. The interior spaces of the facility are a mix of protoypical and functional office space, with many architectural upgrades that include solid birch doors and butt glazed glass vision panels. All of the offices look out over the atrium, which pulls light into the working areas. This fully-sprinklered facility offers space as well as style that will endure for many years to come.
