DELANCO TOWNSHIP, NJ (June 6, 2017) – Stanker & Galetto, a leading contractor and developer in South Jersey, is proud to announce their most recent project, The Mid Atlantic Logistics Center, located at 1000 Coopertown Road in Delanco Township, N.J. The 32-acre site, former home of Dietz and Watson, has been approved for the construction of up to 425,000 sf of commercial/industrial space.
“This location is ideal for redevelopment, especially for food processing, manufacturing warehouse space and offices,” said Peter Galetto Jr., President of Stanker & Galetto. “We look forward to working with tenants to tailor each unit to their preference.”
The project is structured as a commercial condominium, which provides the most flexibility for “build to suit” leasing or owning. The site has been designated as a re-development zone and carries an approved long-term PILOT agreement.
“We’re very happy to welcome Stanker & Galetto as business and community neighbors,” said Delanco Township Mayor John Browne. “Rebuilding this site is an important step forward for Delanco and we’re excited to be a part of it.”
The Center’s first occupant is RLS Logistics, which has acquired 180,000 sf for temperature-controlled warehousing and distribution. This portion of the project will break ground in the early summer of 2017.
