OVERVIEW

Through this turn-key service our clients receive the benefit of project execution from concept through design and construction. We find many of our customers do not have the time or experience to navigate a project through complex design phases. S&G manages the architects, engineers, and other professionals on behalf of our client to save them time, money, and deliver exceptional results.

Process

The design-build process allows for more simplified project management to allow us to manage the entire process, which translates into the opportunity for the project to be completed quicker and delivered to the customer for its intended use.

In addition, there is significant potential for cost savings to occur throughout the project. Fewer design changes and mistakes are made due to miscommunication. Collaboration better enables customization and innovation, which results in improved design, less time and efficiency at each stage of the project. The result is often a smoother, better quality deliverable, with no surprises, ultimately resulting in higher customer satisfaction.
