David D’Onofrio Joins Stanker & Galetto Team
VINELAND, NJ – Stanker & Galetto, a leading general contracting firm in southern New Jersey, has named David M. D’Onofrio, LEED AP, EIT, as Estimator and Project Manager. D’Onofrio, a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction, has a background in engineering and construction management.

As an Estimator, D’Onofrio is responsible for preparing cost estimates for Stanker & Galetto’s commercial and municipal building projects by using construction plans to prepare and analyze project budgets and spending. As a Project Manager, D’Onofrio works closely with the Stanker & Galetto staff and contractors to ensure that the projects are completed timely, efficiently, and within the projected budget.
D’Onofrio, a native of Milmay, NJ, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Philadelphia University. He most recently served as a Field Inspector and Office Engineer on heavy highway and urban development projects for Collins Engineers, Inc., based in Chicago, IL. During his time there, he was also an Assistant Resident Engineer for a Chicago Department of Transportation project. D’Onofrio’s professional affiliations include the American Concrete Institute, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the American Institute of Steel Construction.
D’Onofrio’s record of past community service includes working at Camp Kesem, a camp for families coping with cancer. As Director of the camp’s planning and fundraising committee, he personally raised $15,000 over four years to support camp programming. Presently, he volunteers as an ACE mentor, a program “to engage, excite and enlighten” high school students to pursue careers in the integrated construction industry.
