Due to strong local demand, the originally constructed 100,000 sf facility at 2440 N. Mill Road expanded to 150,000 sf in 2018, accommodating four different users with the final company occupying in January of 2019.
Two of the four customers are members of Vineland’s ever-growing food processing industry. The facility houses the AJ Trucco Distribution Center, an importer, distributor, and wholesaler of fresh produce, dried fruits, and nuts. Infinite Herbs & Specialties of Miami, Florida, located a processing and distribution operation enabled by incentives from the GROW NJ program, its first location in New Jersey. Additionally, Goodman Distribution and Teligent opened warehousing operations on site.
Located in the Urban Enterprise Zone, the facility features 17 dock doors, an MR-24 standing seam metal roof with R-30 insulation, 33’ clear ceiling height and 173 parking spaces.
