The expansion of the Bridor USA baking facility in the Vineland Industrial Park South will increase the baking operation from 136,000 square feet to 183,000 square feet and will allow the Canadian-based company to increase its current work force by one-third.

Stanker & Galetto constructed the original building (with original owner Pastridor USA) in 2000. The current expansion allows the company to add pastry manufacturing to its core business and includes an addition to the existing building and new structures; a walkway canopy, two 60-foot-tall storage silos, and a 2,700-square-foot-trash building. Stanker & Galetto expects to complete the project in spring of 2015.
